While many attorneys focus primarily on either the finance side of commercial real estate or on the equity/buyer investment side, Rob is known for understanding how the needs of both types of clients relate to each other, and regularly represent lenders and investors in “mid-market” / $2m – $12m transactions.  His balance in practice and experience enables Rob to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to legal and business issues to work toward achieve clients’ objectives.

Rob is fully involved in developing creative solutions to legal and business issues and achieving client aims, including exploring various paths to success based on his extensive legal and personal real estate investment experience.  To that end, Rob’s clients count on him to not only protect their interests as the deal is negotiated but also help them preserve and extend their relationships with other parties to allow for future opportunities as well.
